Last Updated: 2025This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Wallpea Tools AI-generated assets, design tools, and downloadable content (“Wallpea Tools Assets”). By using tools.wallpea.com, you agree to the terms below.1. License Grant
Wallpea Tools grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, display, and reproduce assets generated on our platform, subject to your plan.2. Usage Rights by Plan
● Free Plan
Personal use only.• No commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any assets.
• Attribution to Wallpea Tools is appreciated, but not required.
• You may not claim Wallpea Tools assets as your original creation.● Paid Plans (Creator, Studio Pro, Agency)
Full commercial use rights included.• Use assets in branding, client work, social content, packaging, websites, and commercial products.
• You may modify or adapt assets freely.
• Attribution not required.
• You may not resell the assets or redistribute them as standalone files or templates (e.g., stock platforms, marketplaces, SaaS) except your subscription tier permits you.
• Studio Pro and Agency tier subscribers can resell and redistribute assets as they see fit.
• Illegal use of assets is not permitted, and subscribers bear all and full consequences alone themselves if they use assets in a wrong manner or illegally3. Ownership & Restrictions
All AI-generated assets are created by and for users.Wallpea Tools retains rights to the platform, tools, and model infrastructure.You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Wallpea Tools-generated content complies with applicable laws (e.g., trademarks, likeness, or industry regulations).4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:• Use Wallpea Tools to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Use assets for NFTs or blockchain-related purposes without written permission
• Rebuild, reverse-engineer, or replicate our tools or AI outputs commercially
• Share your account access with others5. Termination
Wallpea Tools may revoke or suspend your license if you violate these terms.
You must cease use of assets obtained under a plan you no longer have rights to (e.g., downgrading from paid to free).6. No Warranties
